second half of day four in berlin.
next stop was the kurfuerstendam - a seriously long shopping strip including high end and high street shops, as well as the famous kadewe - kaufhaus des westens. we stopped at italian restaurant bellucci - which i am actually linking as it is now my second favourite italian restaurant (after la torre in melton mowbray). if you're ever in berlin - GO! it was posh but, as we went in the day time, all the dishes were relatively cheap and tasted amazing! i also went to a & other stories store for the very first time - also amazing! also a new favourite. i've bookmarked so many things i want to buy, but initially looked at their vm and store design as it's really distinct to the brand. i also desperately wanted to show aimee the kadewe - germany's answer to selfridges but they were closing down as we approached. next time, eh.
you can't go to berlin without at least one night out so that night we headed to 'melting pot' at 'asphalt' - amazing music but super expensive. i probably wouldn't go again but thats because i'm a student and i'm used to £1 shots, not £10 long drinks. anyway, feeling fragile & off to enjoy my last day in the capital.
